Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments made on BharatLawInstitute.com may or may not be refunded. By enrolling in any course or using our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
General Rule
All fees paid for online or offline courses, test series, video lectures, PDFs, and digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable under all normal circumstances.
No Refund Conditions
- A refund will not be issued in the following cases:
- If a student changes their mind after buying a course.
- If the student claims that they did not use or access the course.
- If the student is unable to continue due to personal reasons, exam results, or change in schedule.
- If the student faces technical issues arising from their own device, internet, or software.
- If access is restricted or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- If the student purchased the wrong course or applied a wrong coupon code.
Exceptions (Refund in Rare Cases Only)
A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional situations:
- Duplicate Payment: If the student is charged twice for the same course, the extra amount will be refunded.
- Payment Failure: If money is deducted but the course is not activated within 48 hours.
- Technical Error from Our End: If a major platform error prevents access to the purchased course for more than 72 hours.
All refund decisions in exceptional cases are at the sole discretion of BharatLawInstitute.com.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund (only in exceptional cases), the student must:
- Send an email to admin@bharatlawinstitute.com
- Mention course, payment screenshot, registered mobile number, and full details of the issue.
- Submit the request within 3 days of the payment date.
- Refund requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days and will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
Policy Changes
Bharat Law Institute reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately.
